The entire trip was well planned. Mr. Murali made sure to follow up with me throughout the trip and took my feedback into consideration. He customised it as per my needs. The highlight of the trip was the facilities and services provided by Mr.Raju, our driver who guided us with his 18+ years of experience. He was our guide, caretaker, cameraman, etc. He voluntarily provided services that made us comfortable. He was extremely proactive, polite and very kind.

Awesome trip planned and executed by My holiday happiness, Called to plan a trip to Chikmagalur from Bengaluru. We were literally skeptical about the trip as we had our 10months old son with us.
We requested Mr. Murali that we would like to have a Hindi/English speaking driver with us and we got the same. We received a call from Driver Mr. Raju and he spoke to us about the trip which was planned on the next day.
We spent almost three days and Mr. Raju was a great help to us. Mr. Raju was well aware about the area and he was explaining us everything before we were reaching to the places. He was also ensuring that our baby is comfortable all the time. As we were going to celebrate our wedding anniversary, special anniversary plan ( Candle light dinner) was also arranged along with the coordination of hotel.
Every time Mr. Murali was following it up all the way so that everything is running smooth throughout our journey. Overall I would rate it as 10 out of 5. Kudos to the good work, keep it up ????

This Feb we travelled to Ooty , Overall, we had a great experience with the Delightz Inn Resorts perfect hotel for a weekend getaway. The rooms were clean, very comfortable, and the staff was amazing. I highly recommend this hotel for anyone visiting Ooty.

Had a good time while visiting Coorg on Nov 1st to Nov 3rd. Mr. Murali has been in constant touch with us daily to know everything is going well right from the beginning of package booking till the trip end. And driver Mr. Nagaraju was also good, courteous and took us to alternate places when the scheduled places are closed / unavailable due to govt restrictions or unavoidable circumstances. Trip from Bangalore to Mangalore, Udupi, Murudheswar was far better as we expected. Hotel facilities very good , food good and they very much responsible on their side. We have visited Coorg Jungle Camp backwater resort. This resort was clean and very hygiene. The beautiful part of this resort is that you can have dining next to the backwater. Though this resort has limited number of cottages,but the cottages are well maintained.washrooms and bath tubs are neatly maintained. They will arrange a live music in the evening. Though the varieties of food was limited,but the food quality and taste was awesome. The staff hospitality was very good . Our cab driver was very polite and his driving was good . Thanks to Murali for helping us to plan the wonderful trip and taking regular updates from us throughout our journey . Our entire trip was really very nice. Thanks to My Holiday Happiness for arranging a good trip.

However I will rate 3.5 star for hotel services recommended by MHH. I will expect better resort will be provided by MHH
Very nice trip arranged by My Holiday Happiness. Ooty is really amazing place and we enjoyed thoroughly. They have provided very good cab driver and hotel was amazing (Delightz inn). Initially i felt price is on little higher side but after entering the hotels it was amazing. Good job My Holiday Happiness. Will trouble you back again ;-)

We went for 4N 5D trip to Mangalore, Udupi, Murudeshwara and Gokarna last week and our trip was awesome as we have chosen "My Holiday Happiness". We were very happy with the trip and the way "My Holiday Happiness" gave their service, in fact every moment Mr. Murali the contact person was in touch with us right from the beginning of our trip till the end we reached our home back to Bangalore. Also, not to be missed out driver named Mr. Santhosh was well behaved, well mannered and we loved his presence during the entire tour.

We enjoyed our trip to Murdeshwar & gokarna, perfect place to enjoy at beaches and with devotional touch. I have to talk about three things during the trip.
1. Mr. Murali from MHH was very prompt in responding to our calls and messages. He was constantly in-touch to check if everything was OK during the trip.
2. Driver - He has good knowledge about these places and was cool and patient during the trip.
3. Hotel - We stayed at RNS residency, the beach view from balcony was fantastic, everything was good abt the hotel but the only thing is they should provide the wifi..which is a minimum requirement for any hotel.
Overall, thanks to MHH we had a good trip to murdeshwar.

It was 3 days and 2 nights OOTY Honey Moon trip.
Starting from proving the quotation, response from the travel agent was very good.
He used to make sure everything is going smooth and fine during our trip. Number of calls were just as much as required.
In Ooty, Driver was very good. He was humble and on time all 3 days. He was kind of guide and explaining everything related to the places we were visiting.
1st day we stayed in Nakshatra Grand hotel, it was OYO Room. And it could have been more better I feel. But not bad even.
2nd night we stayed in Hotel Garden Manor, it was so cool, Rooms were very clean and neat, Complementary breakfast was so awesome. We enjoyed every minute of stay in that hotel.
We have seen OOTY, CONNUR and Paikara in 3 days. I would like to recommend this travel agency to others as well.
