Here is my long review.
Our Trip was Bangalore-Ooty-mysore-Bangalore .It was a 3N4D trip for 4 adults & 3 kids.
The pros:
1) Very helpful since the very beginning of the trip till the closure
2) The cab driver Abhishek was good, polite & was never in hurry & was not like any other cab aggregators' Driver. We were travelling with family and never feel unsafe with him.
3) I was unsure if I should pay the entire amount as I found their contacts by googling . Share the same . Murli agreed to charge me in installments. This gave me the surety from online thefts/ cheating . Thanks for understanding the need on person to person basis
4) Full satisfaction
The Cons:
1) Bit costly , but if you want to enjoy your vacation completely few bucks doesn't matter. Even they also have run their business. I would rather say The profit they are making is worth of it .
2) Due to cultural/religious differences me & my family didn't like the menu the hotel had in Ooty .
but that Ok , Its a personal choice. but on contrary to it. I had some injury at hotel room . The hotel staff Om-Prakash admitted me to the hospital and made sure entire process goes smoothly . Murli from the Holiday Happiness made sure we can have our complementary breakfast at some other places. They compensated the cost.
Overall Experience
Complete satisfaction .you can go for it .Special Thanks to Murli & Abhishek from Holiday Happiness . & Om Prakash from the Hotel at Ooty

Excellent. Our best tour operator yet. The itinerary was carefully thought through and well balanced. The trip represented great travel for the cost. Our booking was easy, the pre-information packet was timely and thorough. It was a delightful experience curated by My Holiday Happiness for Mysore-Ooty trip from Bangalore. Right from the time I contacted Mr. Murali, he was very helpful and patiently answered all my queries, also allowed customisation based on seasonal spots. He made sure to take updates every day of the trip.
The guy who chauffeured us around, Chethan bhaiyya was also very experienced and acted as our guide at times.
All in all, a good trip and I will surely avail their services in the future too!

The entire trip was well planned. Mr. Murali made sure to follow up with me throughout the trip and took my feedback into consideration. He customised it as per my needs. The highlight of the trip was the facilities and services provided by Mr.Raju, our driver who guided us with his 18+ years of experience. He was our guide, caretaker, cameraman, etc. He voluntarily provided services that made us comfortable. He was extremely proactive, polite and very kind.

Awesome trip planned and executed by My holiday happiness, Called to plan a trip to Chikmagalur from Bengaluru. We were literally skeptical about the trip as we had our 10months old son with us.
We requested Mr. Murali that we would like to have a Hindi/English speaking driver with us and we got the same. We received a call from Driver Mr. Raju and he spoke to us about the trip which was planned on the next day.
We spent almost three days and Mr. Raju was a great help to us. Mr. Raju was well aware about the area and he was explaining us everything before we were reaching to the places. He was also ensuring that our baby is comfortable all the time. As we were going to celebrate our wedding anniversary, special anniversary plan ( Candle light dinner) was also arranged along with the coordination of hotel.
Every time Mr. Murali was following it up all the way so that everything is running smooth throughout our journey. Overall I would rate it as 10 out of 5. Kudos to the good work, keep it up ????

This Feb we travelled to Ooty , Overall, we had a great experience with the Delightz Inn Resorts perfect hotel for a weekend getaway. The rooms were clean, very comfortable, and the staff was amazing. I highly recommend this hotel for anyone visiting Ooty.

Its a good time to go visit ooty. We enjoyed a lot in ooty and I am giving special thanks to Mr. Murali, he has been in constant touch right from the beginning of package booking till the trip end. Had a good time while visiting Coorg on Nov 1st to Nov 3rd. Mr. Murali has been in constant touch with us daily to know everything is going well right from the beginning of package booking till the trip end. And driver Mr. Nagaraju was also good, courteous and took us to alternate places when the scheduled places are closed / unavailable due to govt restrictions or unavoidable circumstances. We went on 4 days trip to Udupi, Murudeshwar, Gokarna and Jog falls through MHH, It was an awesome trip and the way Murali and his team arranged everything is absolutely fantastic. Santosh (cab driver) was also very nice. Looking forward for more trips with MHH ????

Trip from Bangalore to Mangalore, Udupi, Murudheswar was far better as we expected. Hotel facilities very good , food good and they very much responsible on their side. This is one of my good travel experiences amidst of covid. We went of trip for south west coast i.e manglore, Udipi, Murudeshwar etc... We have visited Coorg Jungle Camp backwater resort. This resort was clean and very hygiene. The beautiful part of this resort is that you can have dining next to the backwater. Though this resort has limited number of cottages,but the cottages are well maintained.washrooms and bath tubs are neatly maintained. They will arrange a live music in the evening. Though the varieties of food was limited,but the food quality and taste was awesome. The staff hospitality was very good . Our cab driver was very polite and his driving was good . Thanks to Murali for helping us to plan the wonderful trip and taking regular updates from us throughout our journey . Our entire trip was really very nice. Thanks to My Holiday Happiness for arranging a good trip.
I would like to give 5 star for services provided by shri murali. He was virtually available throughout the trip. I appreciate his patience to answer all the numerous questions/doubts raised by me.
However I will rate 3.5 star for hotel services recommended by MHH. I will expect better resort will be provided by MHH
Very nice trip arranged by My Holiday Happiness. Ooty is really amazing place and we enjoyed thoroughly. They have provided very good cab driver and hotel was amazing (Delightz inn). Initially i felt price is on little higher side but after entering the hotels it was amazing. Good job My Holiday Happiness. Will trouble you back again ;-)
My experiance of Tour to Mangaluru, Kollur, Murdeshwr, Udupi with the Agency was Very Good. Quality of Service, Response, Behavior of the My Holiday Happiness Team, Rates & Policy are impressive.
