Some of the major positive things I feel about my holiday happiness is their engagement with the customer. They are very quick at the same time efficient in tailoring our needs. I asked some specific things to be included in my latest trip and they gave good suggestions and planned our trip in such a manner not to make it hectic as well as covering our needs within the given time.The hotels with which they have tie ups are also well maintained and well located, so we don't waste so much time in travelling back and forth to the place we stay. I have been to Mysore Ooty and Chikmagalur using their service and in all places I have had good experience. Even when sometimes the hotel staffs are unable to help us giving call to My holiday happiness team will do the needful and quickly solve the issue.Last but not least are the drivers and cab they provide with whom we will spend more time is a major plus here. Both vacation I have taken is to hill station so it requires good driving skills both the drivers came for us are exceptionally well and polite even if we spend more time in some places. Even though they didn't get a separate room or place to take rest the next day they are up and fully aware of their work. Kept the cab clean and maintained proper timings as well.Overall I feel if I have any requirement of vacation in south india this team is my go to person both financially and operationly their service is one the best I have come across so far.

We had booked chicmagalur,belur,halabeedu,shravanabelagola trip with holiday happiness.From the time we arrived at Bangalore station they took care of us.we stayed at Blue pearl residency in chicmagalur.Stay was good.vehicle was arranged for all places.we enjoyed the experience.

We had booked the Chikmagalur Kemmanagundi 3 day package. It was a truly memorable vacation. This trip covers the ancient Hoysala temples of Belur, Halebeedu, Kodandarama temple and VeeraNarayana temple. We also visited the mesmerizing viewpoints of Babubudangiri, Seethalayanagiri and Mullayanagiri. All these viewpoints had religious significance and we enjoyed being in the lap of nature. Jhari waterfalls was a beautiful friendly waterfall, both kids and adults would love to spend hours in this place. It is difficult to believe that this green haven offered by the Western Ghats is just 5 hours away from Bangalore. My parents, both octogenarians, were with me and they had the best time. Many thanks to our driver, Dilip Gowda, who took care of my parents just like a son would. Thank you My Holiday Happiness, we wish you much luck in all your future endeavors.

We embarked on a 10-day journey from Bangalore to Chikmagalur, Coorg, Mysore, Ooty, and Kodaikanal. Throughout the entire trip, we never grew tired and immensely enjoyed ourselves. However, on the last day in Kodaikanal, we unfortunately missed out on visiting one sightseeing spot. Overall, the entire trip was fantastic, and our driver, Raju, was exceptionally well-mannered and took great care of us.
