We had booked the Chikmagalur Kemmanagundi 3 day package. It was a truly memorable vacation. This trip covers the ancient Hoysala temples of Belur, Halebeedu, Kodandarama temple and VeeraNarayana temple. We also visited the mesmerizing viewpoints of Babubudangiri, Seethalayanagiri and Mullayanagiri. All these viewpoints had religious significance and we enjoyed being in the lap of nature. Jhari waterfalls was a beautiful friendly waterfall, both kids and adults would love to spend hours in this place. It is difficult to believe that this green haven offered by the Western Ghats is just 5 hours away from Bangalore. My parents, both octogenarians, were with me and they had the best time.
