Magod Falls appears at a distance 108 kilometres from Karwar. Magod Falls is one of the best places to visit in Dandeli. This waterfall is made of a group of waterfalls that is situated at Magod village of Uttar Kannada district of Karnataka state. Magod Falls is located over Bedti River, that is also known as Gangavalli River. This waterfall cascades down from a height of approximately 650 feet into a narrow valley made of rocks.
