Kapu beach lighthouse

There is a beautiful and attractive lighthouse which is on the hillock at the northern end of the Kapu beach. It looks amazing. The place is extremely serene and nature’s creation found in abundance.  The lighthouse is the beauty of the place which is 100 feet high. It was built by the Britishers.

Kapu beach is covered with lovely palm trees on all the sides. There is a stunning temple of the Mariamma goddess is found here.  There are also ruins of the fort located to this destination. Kapu beach was once a place for the famous Jain Kshetra. It was the home for the various Jain temples, explored time to time.
