Express Avenue is a mall in Royapettah, Chennai. It was owned, built, and marketed by Express Infrastructure. Inaugurated in 2010, the mall has a total land area of around 10 acres. The premises also include the business and hospitality industries. The Express Avenue Mall is an exciting place to visit in Chennai.
The 4-star boutique luxury hotel E Hotel has 44 open rooms annually. However, the mall draws people to the area. Express Avenue has many stores on different mall floors, including about ten anchor stores like H&M, Pantaloons, Lifestyle, and Big Bazar.
It also has Games the Shop, the largest gaming arcade in South India, and Escape, the city's most prominent movie theatre complex. California artist Giovanni Castor created the eight-screen movie theatre. The mall also has a Fun City play area for kids and a Pix 5D theatre.

• The Express Avenue Mall was unveiled on 26 May 2010. It is constructed on a 10-acre site within the Indian Express estate.
• Woods Road, Whites Road, and Patullos Road border the mall. It also contains a 3-level basement parking space with a capacity for more than 1500 cars.
• The buildings have occupied around 3.57 acres of the 10-acre site, and the rest of the space is used for landscaping, driveways, and car parking.
• The mall's total area is 1,500,000 square feet, of which 100,000 square feet have been occupied by the hotel and 900,000 square feet by retail space. It has 400,000 square feet of parking and 200,000 square feet of office space.

Express Avenue Mall also has those if you want to find good places to eat. The food court, also famous as EA Garden, has over 25 food stands and some foreign chains like KFC and Pizza Hut. South Indian, North Indian, American, Italian, street food, and other types of food are also there. There are also lounge bars and clubs, such as Entrée and Elixir, but they are inside the hotel.
