Neminatha Basadi is at near Karkala, the Neminatha Basadi is a Jain temple. The richness of history and architecture of this place makes travel back in History. And of course, Mangalore tour package has included this place indeed.

It was constructed in the year 1329. It is location is near the Bahubali Betta/ Gomatheshwara statue which is about 500 meters or 0.5 km away.

The deity presiding inside the temple is of Mulnayak Bhagwan Neminatha. The Basadi is located in a small village, named Varanga. Also, there are three Basadi located together in the same premises.

Also, there is Lord Mahavir Houses, house of Chandranath Swami, Adinath Swami, Ananthanath and Padmavathi Basadi and the Bhujabali Brahmacharya Ashram are situated in the same complex. This particular spot commands considerable reverence among the places to visit in Mangalore.
