The Prachin Konkan Museum is an outdoor museum located in Ganpatipule. It's one of the best places to see in Ganpatipule.

Showing several displays connected to traditional lifestyles followed by people living along the Konkan Coast, the museum still covers a large area of 3 acres. Vaibhav Sardesai opened the museum in 2004 with two goals: giving visitors interesting insights into the Konkan area and generating jobs for the nearby people. Inside the museum, one can get a taste of rural life in the area, such as the local gods, the way of life, barter trade in the past, the different jobs people had, and so on.
