We, senior citizens, 2 of us, had very good experience always with My Holiday Happiness, Mr Murali and his team. We had booked tour for Madurai, Trivendrum, Kanyakumari and some more places. The team had booked very nice hotel rooms with tasty breakfast. Also provided good driver named Chandre Gowda having good driving skill and with clean car. Floating villa at Poovar Island Resort was very beautiful. Chola Dynasty and Sagara Beach Resort was also good. Murali asked us every day, updates about our tour caring for us.

I have been using their service for last 2 years and did 2 very successful and pleasant trip. Some of the major positive things I feel about my holiday happiness is their engagement with the customer. They are very quick at the same time efficient in tailoring our needs. I asked some specific things to be included in my latest trip and they gave good suggestions and planned our trip in such a manner not to make it hectic as well as covering our needs within the given time.The hotels with which they have tie ups are also well maintained and well located, so we don't waste so much time in travelling back and forth to the place we stay. I have been to Mysore Ooty and Chikmagalur using their service and in all places I have had good experience. Even when sometimes the hotel staffs are unable to help us giving call to My holiday happiness team will do the needful and quickly solve the issue.Last but not least are the drivers and cab they provide with whom we will spend more time is a major plus here. Both vacation I have taken is to hill station so it requires good driving skills both the drivers came for us are exceptionally well and polite even if we spend more time in some places. Even though they didn't get a separate room or place to take rest the next day they are up and fully aware of their work. Kept the cab clean and maintained proper timings as well.Overall I feel if I have any requirement of vacation in south india this team is my go to person both financially and operationly their service is one the best I have come across so far.

Accommodations at Sagara Beach resort, Hotel Star Palace & Poovar Islands were the best. They took regular feedbacks during the trip, were quick to assist whenever needed. All the hotels booked were neet and clean with breakfast...the driver was always available and was aware of all the places in the itenary..well behaved ...we were worried about that coz we were 2 ladies travelling alone... however the entire 4 days trip of manglore Udupi dharmathala and murudeshwar was fully arranged without any issues..I highly recommend my holiday happiness for travel package in the west cost belt.
