Vishwa Van is a theme park near the Statue of Unity in Kevadia. It is one of the most popular tourist places to visit in Kevadia. The Van is close to the Statue of Unity.

The Global Forest of Vishwa Van contains herbs, shrubs, and trees native to all seven continents. It symbolizes the underlying theme of 'Unity in Diversity' in a global environment. The Van is a must-visit during the Kevadia tour package.

The concept of Vishwa Van came from India's Hon'ble Prime Minister, Shri Narendra Modi. He oversaw the construction of the Statue of Unity in just 46 months.

Goal and aim

The goal is to educate visitors about biogeography. It is the study of the spread of the species and ecosystems in geographical space. The differences or similarities in floral variety belong to the continental drift phenomena.

Planning and implementation: Vishwa Van covers 5 acres and is located adjacent to the Statue of Unity. The wavy edges of the continent-representing blocks are in such a design to match the outlines of the continent's map. It has paint colours that represent each continent's Olympic rings. They are unique to each continent. Self-explanatory signage explaining the concept and information on the flora is also there in strategic spots.

Abodes of Dwellers: Structures portraying the traditional abodes of dwellers from the farthest reaches of the planet are also here to familiarise tourists with their lifestyle.
