The Makara Jyothi is a divine light which can be seen every January from the Parunthampara coming from the sacred site of the temple of Sabarimala. 2. The Tagore Belief
The 'Eagle rock' as people call it by the virtue of its translation in the English language from the Malayalam name is renowned across the globe because of the Tagore belief.
