Gir National Park in Gujarat, India, is the last safe place for the Asiatic lion. It is an exclusive habitat in which this endangered species is able to live. It covers more than 1,400 square kilometers and has very rugged terrain, including deciduous forests, grasslands, and open plains. It would be a great variable habitat in which leopards, antelopes, and many bird species can stay. Gir is a famous destination for nature lovers and wildlife photographers to visit because it does a good job of conserving wildlife. People who go on guided safaris can see majestic lions and other local animals in their natural habitat.

Gir Interpretation Zone

The Gir Interpretation Zone in Devalia is also famous as Devalia Safari Park. It is a small version of Gir and one of the popular places to visit in Gir National Park. It is set in the Gir forest. You can find almost all of Gir's wildlife and woods in the 412-hectare safari park. The safari park was planned with the goal of educating people about the Gir ecosystem's conservation values and giving tourists a one-of-a-kind experience they will always remember. In a short time, people will be able to see Asiatic lions, which only roam freely in the state of Gujarat. They will also see other animals in what is almost their native habitat.
