The first-ever station of Hydraulic power was built near a religious Dargah here in 1905. The two of cascades together fall from over a whopping three hundred feet of length. The hidden part of the Gaganachukki can be enjoyed from the station as it falls from as long as ninety meters of height in the distinct huge form of a horsetail. One can neither go for a trek down the waters because of the tightly enclosed fencing around nor can one attempt swimming here because of the deep undercurrents. The Watchtower of the Samudra falls located about a fifteen kilometers away is the ideal spot to enjoy the breathtakingly spectacular view of a lifetime of the huge cascade.

Right next to it, about a kilometer away can be seen the other, more popular half of the majestic cascade, the Bharachukki with the height of seventy meters with huge slippery yet magnificent looking rocks at its bottom. The entire scenery when enjoyed from the watchpoints gets you an experience of a lifetime when it comes to the raw beauty of nature.
