Puri Beach Festival : 

The Golden Beach Puri festival occurs every year in the month of November. The first-ever Golden Beach Puri festival occurred on the 29th of October 1993. Late Shri Biju Patnaik, then Chief Minister of Odisha, along with Ghulam Nabi Azad, Union Minister of Tourism, inaugurated it. The purpose of this festival is to celebrate the authentic art, crafts, culture, cuisine, and tourism potential of the state on a single platform that would allow them to gain global attention though. There are many activities like Yacht races, rock concerts, fashion shows, etc., for tourists to take part in. People from all age groups can enjoy this festival.

Shopping in the 24/7 open Golden Beach Puri market is also quite a cheerful experience.
