Daulat Bagh

Daulat Bagh is an ancient garden that is very famous amongst tourists because of its magnificent green surroundings. Daulat Bagh history:

The famous Mughal Emperor Shah Jahan laid out Daulat Bagh. It stretches from the bund of the lake to the direction of Ajmer City. The garden is a description of how much love Shah Jahan had for Mother Nature. He also built marble pavilions in the garden along the bund of Ana Sagar Lake. Due to its politically rife location, the city of Ajmer went through many dynastic changes from malwa to Mughals and then finally to the British.
