Daulat Bagh is an ancient garden that is very famous amongst tourists because of its magnificent green surroundings. It contains various beautiful architectural pieces like the water fountain, which is exceptionally beautiful and provides ultimate relief from a tiresome day. The garden is loved by both locals and tourists as well. Daulat Bagh was built by the Mughal Emperor Shah Jahan, and it portrays the love Shah Jahan had for Mother Nature. The garden is enveloped with a carpet of grass, bushes, flowers, and trees and on the east side of the garden flows the renowned Ana Sagar Lake. Daulat Bagh history:

The famous Mughal Emperor Shah Jahan laid out Daulat Bagh. It stretches from the bund of the lake to the direction of Ajmer City. The garden is a description of how much love Shah Jahan had for Mother Nature. He also built marble pavilions in the garden along the bund of Ana Sagar Lake. Due to its politically rife location, the city of Ajmer went through many dynastic changes from malwa to Mughals and then finally to the British.
