Araku Valley 

Araku Valley is a beautiful hill station 120 km from Vizag. It is just as famous as Vizag's beaches. Araku Valley is a scenic destination that attracts nature enthusiasts, honeymooners, and adventure seekers from all over the country. Beautiful waterfalls, lush green forests, enchanting streams, and sprawling coffee farms decorate the area. The climate is also very pleasant. The train journey to Araku Valley is something to be done by everyone. Caves, hills, streams, and waterfalls make it a truly mesmerizing trip.

Ananthagiri

It's a beautiful little hill town between Vizag and Araku Valley. The hill town is one of the best places to visit in Araku Valley and Andhra Pradesh. On Saturdays and Sundays, a lot of people from Vizag city go there. People know Ananthagiri for its many waterfalls and big coffee fields. 1168 meters is how high it is. One side of the main road to Ananthagiri has a lookout point with a great view of the deep mountains. On the other side, there are coffee fields. 

Araku Tribal Museum

The Araku Tribal Museum opened in 1996 thanks to the help of the Andhra Pradesh Tourism Development Corporation. It shows the tribal culture of Andhra Pradesh. Many things in the museum, like cooking tools, jewellery, hunting gear, and even wedding photos, show what traditional tribe life is like. The museum is only 200 meters from the Araku bus stop. It is not historical, but it showcases the way of life of 19 tribes living in the area. It is a fascinating addition to many Araku Valley tour packages.

Borra Caves Araku Valley

The Borra Caves are in the Ananthagiri hills of the Araku Valley in the Visakhapatnam district. They are on the east coast of India. It is a visual treat with cliffs, beautiful scenery, sometimes evergreen and sometimes deciduous forests, and wild animals. This striking place is the Borra caves, a stunning natural formation. This formation results from when a river flows through a limestone area. The calcium carbonate changes into calcium bicarbonate, which is easily washed away by the water. Chaparai Waterfalls

The Chaparai or Dumbriguda waterfalls are only 13 km from Araku. They are one of the most popular places to spend the weekend. They are also very popular in the Telugu film business. In a very peaceful setting, many local sellers are selling tasty treats like grilled chicken, kulfi, and more. When you're close to nature, sunrise or sunset are the best times to feel it. Katiki Waterfalls Araku Valley

Katiki Falls get their water from the River Gosthani, which is about 90 km from Visakhapatnam. The waterfall is close to the Borra Caves and a popular spot for nature fans and picnickers. Matsyagundam

People often call Matsyagundam near Paderu "the fish pool." It is home to many kinds of fish and a temple that is 100 years old. It is called Sri Matsyalingeshwara Swamy Temple. The stream is very popular with tourists, and there are some interesting legends connected to it. People think that there was a big fight between the Singarajulu (snakes) and the Matsyarajulu (fish) in a place called Gemmili. The Mother Fish then saved all the fish and brought them here. It’s a unique spot featured in some Araku Valley tour packages.

Padmapuram Gardens

Many people who come to Araku Valley love to spend time in the Padmapuram Gardens. The garden has many kinds of plants, a beautiful rose garden, treetop huts, and a fun toy train that you can ride around the garden. In 1942, food and vegetables were planted in a 26-acre garden to feed troops during World War II. The garden was later turned into a horticulture nursery with a training centre. Staying in one of the ten-foot-high cabins makes the experience even better. It’s one of the most relaxing places to visit in Araku Valley.

Ranajilleda Falls

The Padmapuram Botanical Gardens are 3 km away from the Rana Jilleda Waterfalls. This is one of the less well-known waterfalls in Araku Valley. It is close to Rana Jilleda village. The waterfalls drop 60 feet and are also called the Araku Waterfalls. People can drive straight from Padmapuram Gardens to Rana Jilleda village to get to this waterfall. People have to walk for 10 to 15 minutes from the town to get to the top of the falls. Araku doesn't like to swim in the big pool below the waterfall because that's where most of their water comes from. This serene spot is perfect for inclusion in Araku Valley tour packages.

Tadimada Waterfalls

You would fall in love with the Tadimada Waterfalls right away because of how beautiful it is. The best way to experience what nature offers at these falls, also known as Ananthagiri Waterfalls, is by hiking. The sound of water flowing from 100 feet up makes for a beautiful view and a relaxing feeling. Even though the water is a little dirty, you can swim in it. Tyda Nature Camp

A small town called Tyda lies in the Eastern Ghats between Vizag and Araku Valley. It is home to a group of different tribes. People also call the nature camp Jungle Bells, and it offers opportunities to rock climb, hike, watch birds, and shoot targets with bows and arrows. A lot of different animals and birds live in this ecotourism spot. With the help of naturalists or camp guides, you can learn the language of the bush and figure out what sounds, marks, and other things they make. Tyda Nature Camp is a must-visit in many Araku Valley tour packages.
