One of the rarest beach Karmatang beach in Andaman is place where you will notice the endangered species especially turtles residing with their family.  It is a well-known paradise of turtle in turtles which makes it one of the top places to visit in Andaman.

Apart from enjoying the view of endangered species, you will find lot many water sports and beach parties, amidst the beauty of nature to explore.  Few parts of the place remain protected for the turtles to hatch their eggs without any outside disturbance. The marvelous nature, the forest areas, the coconut trees and the streaks make the place extremely traveller friendly.

Karmatang beach ideal time to visit

This geographically lovely destination is ideal or the Andaman Sea. The entire stretch of the island comes to meet the tropical zone without any outside hindrance.  The experience of the tropical climate is hard-hitting as it rises up the temperature to 35 degree Celsius.  

In the month of winter, it rises up to 20 degrees as well. With the Bay of Bengal located in the west and the great Indian Ocean on the mouth makes the place very humid. Best time remains near October to May. 

Karmatang beach Mayabunder 

It is a developed town which is distanced in 13 kilometres. The silver sandy beach and the mangrove trees make the place look amazing and serene. It is a perfect place to relax and spend time on your passion. Travelling in a boat from Port Blair to Mayabunder is a great experience.

Andaman tour package has the inclusion of Karmatang beach which remains open for 24 hours.  This area is great for swimming in clear water, although, there are areas of brackish water where you need to find the right place to swim.
