A lot of people like to visit the Bhramarambha Temple as it is one of the best places to visit in Srisailam. There are 18 Shakti peethas in India, and this temple is one of them. Every believer who comes on a tour of Sri Lanka must see it. The Bhramaramba Devi Temple is on the Nallamala Hills and is part of the Sri Mallikarjuna Swamy Temple complex.

The best time to go is during the festivals when the place is full of more life and energy from the followers. If you want to feel the temple's unique spiritual vibe, you should go during the Navratri and Kumbham festivals. The Bhramarambha Temple is worth visiting during the Srisailam tour package, especially during the festivals.

History of Bhramarambha Temple

A lot of stories are linked to the Bhramaramba Devi Temple. According to the most common story, Arunasura was a monster who loved Lord Brahma very much. Being happy with how dedicated he was, Lord Brahma gave him the power that no two- or four-legged living thing can kill him.

Once Arunasura got the blessing, he began to make problems for gods and saints. The devas couldn't beat him because he had so many powerful abilities. Because of this, they went to Goddess Durga and asked her to keep them safe. To give them what they asked for, Goddess Durga changed into Bhramari or Bhramarambika and made thousands of six-legged bees that stung and killed the demon. After that, the Goddess stayed in Srisailam as Bramarambika.

Who is Brahma Ambika in Srisailam?

Goddess Parvathi lives on the western side of Srisailam hills, just like Bhramarambika Devi. She is the divine one who grants her devotees' wishes and can change into any form her followers remember. She is also Lord Shiva's better half. The centre of information is Bhramarambika Devi of Srisailam.

Who is the Goddess Bhramaramba?

People worship Bhramaramba Devi as Goddess Lakshmi. She killed the demon Arunasara and saved the people from his fear. The Goddess Bhramaramba Devi is worshipped here in the form of Brahmani Shakti. There is a statue of a Goddess in the temple. She has eight arms and a silk sari.
