Jalori pass lake
A 5 km away from Jalori Pass’s location is in this beautiful lake popular Serolsar Lake. It is also called Jalori Pass Lake. The actual location is at 3199 m. And that has beautifully surrounded by thick alpine forests. Small rest houses are built here for the accommodation of the tourists.
There is a small Buddha Nagini Temple near the lake. There is a belief that the lake is tremendous deep. Also another faith is that Budhi Nagin used to live at the Golden Palace that is deep inside the lake. The scenario is splendid and breathtaking.
Jalori pass tunnel
Due to the heavy snowfall during winters, the connections of Kullu( which is the district headquarters) has cut off with the 58-gram Panchayats of Ani and Nirmand. It forces the local people to travel about 250 Kms extra to visit Kullu Via Shimla. The project has announced by the government so the local people can get some help and to Kullu can reach easily.
