Tsechokling Gompa is a fantastic place indeed. The location in the scenic greenery of Dharamshala. It had built-in 1987 to replace the original Gompa which was popular Dip Tse Chok Ling Gompa of Tibet. The Dip Tse Chok Ling Gompa had destroyed during the cultural revolution and thus it again rebuilt. It is one of the interesting places to visit in McLeod Ganj.

Besides that it had built in the steep hillside in the laps of Dhauladhar ranges. In the jeweled headdress, the magnificent status of Sakyakumari placed in the prayer hall. Tsechokling Gompa is very much respectful among the locals. And said to be the must-visit when you visit Dharamshala.

The priests of the Gompa have made two drums that are canvassed in the goats’ skin and are painted beautifully indeed. Tsechokling Gompa is a beautiful place to visit. It is a peaceful place, covered by mountains. With an awe-inspiring view, it is one of the popular monasteries in McLeodGanj. It is regarded for its cultural significance.
