Tsuglagkhang Complex, located just above the Dharamshala town, in the southwest corner of McLeod Ganj, is the Official Home of the 14th Dalai Lama indeed. Therefore it is also popular in name as the Dalai Lama Temple Complex. This temple complex has the Dalai Lama’s residence. And that is famous as Photang, Tsuglagkhan Temple, Tibet Museum, and NamgyakGompa.

It is one of the architectural places to visit in McLeod Ganj. The bronze statue of Sakyamuni Buddha, which is 3 meters high, is situated in the temple. When the Sundays fall, the bronze statue lightens up the complex. Here, the visitors can interact with the Monks and learn from them.
