Jatayu Rock is a beautiful sculpture which is located at an altitude of 350 m above the sea level. The sculpture is 61 meters in height. There is a story that depicts that once upon a time Ravana tried to abduct goddess Sita. During that time, Jatayu was defeated by Ravana and he fell on the rocks which led to the Jatayu Rock formation. 

There is a Jatayu Earth Centre where the Jatayu rock is present. Here, you can even go by a cable car ride which will provide you a very beautiful view of the Jatayu Rock, beautiful hills and Arabian Sea.

Not only this, but different types of adventure activities are also available here like climbing, and many more.It is estimated that the Jatayu Rock is one of the monolithic rocks of Asia. Not only this, but the age of the rock has been estimated around 60 million years old.

Jatayu Adventure center

There is a Jatayu adventure center where the rock sculpture is present. In the adventure center, you will find a cable car ride also. The total length of the cable car ride is 200 feet. 

From the adventure center, you will have a view of the cliff, Jatayu rock sculpture, Arabian sea, and beautiful forest.
