The Bassi Wildlife Sanctuary is situated five kilometres from the Bassi Fort Palace in Chittorgarh, Rajasthan. The sanctuary is spread across an almost 15,290 hectares. It was established back in the year 1988 by the Government of India and is a very important natural reserve for the state.
