The palace which is converted into a museum is an architectural marvel which still stands after 75 years. The museum was completed in 1943 and its Chief architects were Vidyadhar Bhattacharya and Sir S.S. Jacob. The museum features exceptional artistic murals, miniature paintings and unusual household objects which cannot be found in today's household.
