History of Shantikunj Aashram

Pt. Shriram Sharma Acharya founded Shantikunj in 1971 on a small plot of land. It gradually took up a sizable portion of Gayatri Nagar. Pt. Shriram was the one to organize several training camps. A satellite campus known as Brahmavarchas Shodh Sansthan was founded in 1979. Gayatrikunj, a new campus, was added in 1988. Famous scholars like the Dalai Lama and Abdul Kalam have also visited the Ashram.

The primary objective and stated goal is the growth of divinity in humanity. The Ashram showcases an exhibition of our beautiful culture.
