As a tourist spot, the Sabarmati Riverfront has grown in popularity over the last few years. It is one of the best places to go in Ahmedabad. There has always been a river in Sabarmati. Who founded Sabarmati Riverfront?

A particular vehicle is famous as the Sabarmati Riverfront Development Corporation Ltd (SRFDCL). The Ahmedabad Municipal Corporation (AMC) put it up in May 1997. The Indian government has established a fund of ? one crore to help extend the Riverfront.
