The magnificent Mangaladevi temple positioned around 3 kilometers from the Mangalore railway station. 

The word Mangalore is derived by worshipping of the deity Goddess Mangaladevi. The temple was built on Malabar Mangale princess's reminiscence, during the 9th century.  MANGALORE TOUR PACKAGE includes this place as one of the finest visits.
