Rajasthan is the state of Forts and Jaipur city is a true example of these forts. Along with many other palaces and forts, the Nahargarh Fort is one of the Jaipur tourist places which tells us the interesting story of Jaipur’s past. The Nahargarh Fort forms a strong defensive force to the Jaipur city along with the Jaigarh and Amer Fort.

The Aravalli Hills give a majestic background to the Nahargarh F out. There is a beautiful lake, which makes the view of Nahargarh Fort mesmerizing. Maharaja Sawai Jai Singh II built this Fort in the year 1734. It was specially made for the queens and princesses of the Fort.

The extended walls of this amazing historical Fort join the Jaigarh Fort which is the major attraction therefore this place has a place in JAIPUR TOUR PACKAGES.

The Nahargarh Fort is also located at the Hill which gives a majestic view of the Jaipur City from the Top. The tourists can reach the foot of the hill by their own convenience and later they can take a trek to the top of the hill. The Nahargarh Fort is also used to shoot some of the Bollywood movie scenes. Some scenes from Rang De Basanti and Sudh Desi Romance movies were shot here.

The Nahargarh Biological Park is an important attraction for tourists in the Nahargarh Fort. Another important attraction of this particular Fort is it’s Wax Museum. The Department of the Archaeological survey built this Wax Museum on the left side of the main entrance of the fort.

It was inaugurated by the Bollywood Superstar, Govinda. It’s an interesting place which has a number of Wax Statues.
