The Panna Meena Ka Kund is a mesmerizing 16th-century stepwell. That lies in the underlying shadow of the famous fortress, Amer Fort. According to the common mass, there is a belief that, this historical and splendid Kund had built so that the people of Amer could have enough water. Later, the water of the Kund was used by the local temples. Rajasthani traditional women also came here to fill the earthen pots for drinking water as well as household work.
