If you start at 2 am from the location named Indiranagar in Bangalore, it will nearly take you 2 hours to reach the destination. The forest department remains available at every checkpoint where they have a token charge to collect from the people exploring the place of Skandagiri.
Reaching destination after 4 hours of trekking you will witness a lovely and memorable sunrise which is the real panorama of the place.

The timings to visit here is 6:30 am to 1:30 pm and 03:30 pm to 08:00 pm.
