History of Lands End
Land's End is the precise location when Nainital City comes to a stop or where there is no way in or out. It was when people began flocking here to discover the meaning behind the place's name and satiate their curiosity that it gained popularity and notoriety. After seeing this location, the reason became apparent. Shortly after, tourists arrived because it provided a picturesque view of the nearby hilly region and a verdant, lush valley lined with little settlements.
It also offers a bird's-eye view of the sparkling but dormant, 'Khurpa Lake' or 'KhurpaTal.' In the Nainital tour package, you can witness the plantation and fields being tilled over terraced hills. The floating area has a rustic charm and a genuine sense of rural living.
