The Sri Venugopala Swamy Temple in Tirupati is a place of worship for Sri Venugopala Swamy and his wives. Because of this, the temple has beautiful statues of Sri Venugopalaswamy, Sri Rukmini, and Sri Satyabhama Ammavaru.

Many people are interested in Lord Krishna's figure, which has a flute in one hand and a butter makhan pot in the other. The temple shows Lord Krishna as a child. There is a giant statue of Krishna in front of a cow.

More information about the building can be learned from the fact that all three gods are there. People who visit and pray at the temple are thought to quickly become parents when they don't already have a child. It's a must-see sacred site. Every year, thousands of different kinds of people come to this holy area. The Venugopala Swamy Temple is one of the best places to visit in Tirupati.

What is the story of the Temple?

The Hoysalas first built Venugopala Swamy Temple in the 12th century. It was wet, though, when the KRS Dam was built. It raises the top whenever the dam's water level drops. Finally, the temple was moved to the village of Hosa Kannambadi.

Hari Khoday, founder of the Khodays Foundation and the late Hari Khoday, took it upon himself to make this ancient temple look even more beautiful than it did before. Every block of the old temple had to be moved with great care, and more than 200 people worked on this vast project, which started in May 2011. The old stones from the temple have been used to build the new temple complex. The whole thing has been polished to look brand new.

Who is the god of Venugopala Swamy?

The Sri Venugopalaswamy Temple is a Hindu and Vaishnavite temple in Karvetinagaram, in the Chittoor District of the Indian state of Andhra Pradesh. Hindus think that Krishna is the ninth incarnation of Vishnu's Dasavatharam. The Temple is for Lord Krishna, who is also famous as Venugopala. The Venugopala Swamy is worth the visit during the Tirupati tour package.
